Today’s Guest: Sandy Cruz
Sandy Cruz is a Graphic Designer, Organizer, Computer Geek, and Instructor/Coach. She loves taking on new projects and is always challenging herself to learn new things. She’s passionate about helping planners like you plan your year so you can live life on your own terms – and go after the big goals that feel meaningful to you. In 1999, she established Everything Custom Drapery & Design which was a full-service interior design studio catering to homeowners and designers. Everything Custom specializes in providing quality custom window treatments, soft furnishings, bedding, blinds/shades, and pillows with outstanding details for the home and business. During that time she developed a paperless system using technology in her business, her personal life, and everything in between. She began to see a need to support others and when word got out she started teaching live and online to large and small groups as well as private consultations. Her personal productivity system was turned into an all-inclusive course “The Paperless Office.” She started teaching through WFCP’s (Window Fashion Certified Professionals) online webinars. Currently “The Paperless Office” is a complete iSeries Six e-course, where students come and learn at their own pace on their own schedule. Her students each have their own virtual classroom with access to all the course content and resources in a comfortable and personal atmosphere where their progress is monitored and where help and support are available at their fingertips (literally) when needed. Since a very early age (3rd grade) she has been a planner. Year after year she looked forward to a fresh new planner. she planned with stickers and sticky notes using every color ink and highlighter imaginable. When she got my very first laptop in the early 2000’s it was ON….she was on a mission to plan digitally but somehow keep a paper look and feel. She got closer and closer as technology grew. In 2007 she purchased a NetBook. Do you remember those? Small enough to fit in your purse and have it with you no matter where you were. She created a template planner that she could use in an application named OneNote. She even purchased some sort of pen gadget that allowed me to feebly write on the NetBook screen. And then 2010 along came the 1st Gen iPad. Do you hear music playing? The gap between paper and digital was finally bridged. The iPlanner was born! Today she is creating courses and developing digital products for those using technology with an emphasis on paperless, productivity, and organization. You can find her online on YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, FB, Hey Sandy Cruz Blog, trade shows, and live presentations for organizations across the United States.

[Intro]
Hey. Welcome back to another episode of Sell Without Selling. I am your host, Stacey O’Byrne and I believe that learning the art and the science of how to sell without selling is the only way to achieve high six and seven figure success.
Today I am speaking with a really good friend of mine, Sandy Cruz. [Intro for Guest]
I am really excited to get into today’s episode. Really quick, if you are a business owner, entrepreneur, or sales professional, and you haven’t hit the level of success that you wanted or needed, or if you’re stuck and needing a pivot in your business, in your success – or maybe you just want more, and you understand the importance of having a coach to help identify the blind spots, increase accountability, and help with success strategies to take you, your business, your income, and your success to the next level – if this sounds like something for you, then head over to pivotpointadvantage.com/IWantSuccess. There’s a quick application there that will lead to a personal phone call with me to see if we’re a great fit for each other. Alright let’s do this.
Stacey: Sandy, welcome to the show.
Sandy: Thank you so much for having me. I mentioned to you earlier – this is kind of a break for me, because November’s are very crazy. It’s my busiest month. We just launched the iPlanner for 2022, so I was really looking forward to just relaxing and having a chit-chat, so I feel like I am on a break right now. I’ve got my drink here, and I’m in my comfy, swivel chair, so yeah. Thank you.
Stacey: I am blessed for you to be on the show. I know this is a busy time for you, and for me it was important to get you on, because this is an important time of year for everyone. Our year is coming to an end, and people are reevaluating what worked, what didn’t work, what they did, what they didn’t do, the goals they’ve achieved, the goals they haven’t achieved. Right? And they’re starting to embark on their journey of dreaming and goal-setting for the year to come. And what better way to just step aside and invest an hour of our time to really do it the way it’s supposed to be done.
