As a proud US Army Veteran, I jokingly refer to myself as a serial entrepreneur, as I own several businesses.
I am a Success Strategist, Master Trainer, Master Coach, Author, Speaker, and CEO. I have 35 years of experience in sales and business, as well as human behavior.
As the author of Secrets to Becoming a Master Networker, I was blessed and privileged to have had THE Les Brown write the foreword and personally endorse my book and my trainings.
I have a passion for changing the world by impacting impact makers. I believe that each business owner I work with has the tools they need to run a successful business and I guide them in that journey.

I’ve spent over 35 years in sales, leadership, and business – as a sales professional, manager, and serial entrepreneur. I’ve also been coaching and training business owners since 2009. That experience gives me a clear understanding of how businesses actually operate and what it takes to perform at a high level.
My background includes training in the military, leadership roles in corporate America, and building multiple 6 and 7 figure businesses. Across all of it, I’ve seen the same challenges show up – in how people think, communicate, and operate day to day.
My work is focused on helping business owners and professionals improve how they think, communicate, and execute. Not through theory, but through awareness, accountability, and consistent action.
I’ve received recognition in sales and leadership throughout my career, along with additional training through the U.S. Army and studies in Business Management and Marketing at San Diego State University.
Bottom line is this, I have made it and I have lost it. I had really big success. I had built a 7 figure business and then encountered a blow up with an ex business partner. Quite literally, I woke up with .16 cents in the bank. After having to start from scratch, I restarted, rebuilt and redefined myself. I know what it is like to be scared and on the verge of losing everything. Contrary to that, I know what it takes to dig deep, shift limitations and master mindchatter to make massive change. It was through this experience that I found my passion, my purpose and this is where my mission was created.
